The Annie Gotwald Makerspace and STEM Lab
The Makerspace is named in honor of nine-year-old Ann Gotwald, a bright and inquisitive young girl whose favorite subject in school was S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Annie dreamed of becoming an engineer and building rockets for NASA. Her curiosity and fearlessness in the face of challenges were truly inspiring, and although her life was tragically cut short, her legacy will live on through this space.
